The fast growth business consultancy GJC has strengthened its team with the appointment of Dave Walker, an experienced financial expert who has operated for over 25 years at the very highest level.
As you would expect from a senior financial operator, Dave is an astute and diligent consultant who specialises in transforming financial departments of businesses. His ability to build finance teams, develop best practice processes and manage financial relationships with auditors and lenders is unquestionable. Above anything else his strength lies in his ability to transform complete financial functions, from top to bottom.
Dave started his career at KPMG in 1995 and worked with a full range of clients covering blue chips companies through to SME’s. His experience also includes BES Utilities (which covers Fleetwood Town FC, its associated companies) and Arrow XL. Most recently Dave has set up Chrysalis Business Consultants and helped transform one client’s business with a 40% increase in sales over a two month period and all through improved operating processes.
