Client Discovery Workshop & Financial Directorship

This London Insurance Brokers business opened their doors in 2015 as a Commercial Business Insurance Provider, providing commercial clients an offering of a first-class service and value for
money. In 2019, the Directors raised funds and acquired a recruitment specialist who became part of the wider group.

Like all businesses, they were impacted by the COVID 19 pandemic which started in Q1 2020. The impact was not as significant as the Directors initially predicted, with the business performing strongly during the lockdown periods in 2020, maintaining high client retention and good levels of new business.

These guys are now ready to enter a very exciting next stage of growth. The Directors have acquisition and organic growth aspirations to increase Revenue and EBITDA exponentially in 5 years. Starting with the first acquisition in Q1 2021.

GJC Advisory have been engaged by the Insurance Brokers to complete a business discovery workshop with the Group and provide Financial Director leadership & support, during the growth and acquisition period. The discovery workshop highlighted key areas of focus for the business, drawing out a 50 point action plan to tackle these areas. The directors of the business have a clear goal of being a high performing business and the go to broker in their field, they are fully committed to closing out the actions.

2021 will be a very exciting year this London Insurance Brokers, acquisition and integration top of the priority list. GJC Advisory will provide the Directors with market and industry insight to facilitate a funding resource who fits with the business, its culture and its ambitions.
