Building from £6 million turnover to £57.5 million in 3 years

GJC Advisory advised a large estate agency company based in the Midlands on an aggressive expansion plan over a 3 year period. Initially we raised £34.5 million to consolidate in the region. That was followed up by putting together a strategic direction to acquire a portfolio of small groups and independents over a three year period. The end result saw our client grow from £6 million annual revenue to £57.5 million.

Following the expansion Bill Douthwaite as a part-time finance director for 18 months after the last acquisition.
