Fast growth business consultancy GJC has strengthened its outsourced FD offer with the appointment of three new associate consultants. David Annable, David Appleton and Tom Kirk have joined, bringing with them a wealth of multi-sector experience to the overall GJC team.
David Annable brings with him 20 years of experience in the financial sector and is a board level leader with a track record of supporting strategic development, overcoming challenges and enhancing processes to drive operational and financial performance. Experienced across multiple sectors, SME’s and owner managed businesses, David has handled financial matters in the recruitment sector, the motor trade business, manufacturing, packaging, retail, the leisure industry, distribution and even the airline industry.
David Appleton has proven experience of profit improvement through margin growth and overhead cost reduction. Recent experience includes post acquisition integration, strategic business transformation projects, change management and systems implementation. He has worked with SME’s to FTSE 250/100 and international companies including Wolseley, DHL, Amazon, Volvo, DS Smith, Lavendon, Hertz.
Tom Kirk brings with him 10 years track record after training and qualifying with UK Top 50 firm Bishop Fleming before moving into senior in-house roles. He has gained extensive expertise from working as a trusted advisor to clients in healthcare, e-commerce, manufacturing, recruitment and education sectors from turnarounds through to drawing up and executing strategic expansion plans.
