Top coach signs up with GJC

Fast growth business consultancy GJC has secured the expertise of a highly experienced business coach who will play a lead role in driving its successful Business Accelerator Programme for SMEs.

Kristiina Gwynne has joined the company as an associate after setting up and running her own company and spending over a decade in leadership, small business development and team building with the likes of Serco, Outset Plymouth and the University of Exeter.

Kristiina will be working closely with GJC CEO Gavin Jones and external specialists to deliver the company’s Business Accelerator Programme. The programme gives SMEs the chance to look at 12 critical areas – from high level goals to financials to marketing and employee engagement  – over 12 months to grow their businesses.

To date, 40 companies have completed the programme with an average 42.5% growth in revenue and an impressive 68.3% jump in profits. Last year’s stand out alumni was an IT company which has grown its revenue by 95%.

Following the appointment Kristiina said: “I’m really excited to be joining GJC because it has a proven track record in developing successful strategies and implementing plans for clients. My strength is merging public and private sector thinking to empower teams and deliver success… I can’t wait to get started.”

Commenting on the appointment, Gavin said: “In Kristiina, we have attracted an experienced leader and adviser who has started a company, grown it successfully and exited.  This makes her an invaluable asset for growth minded companies who are looking to make a big push in 2020.”

GJC is enrolling now for its February intake for the programme.  Find out more here.
