GJC Advisory’s rapid national expansion offers a rare opportunity for a new Regional Director in the Midlands.
Our growth in 2020/21 is being driven by a significant increase in demand from the market for no nonsense advisory and consultancy to enable organisations to move quickly in the face of unprecedented challenges and opportunities. That bullish brand of advice has attracted the interest of many new clients who are seeking to lead transformations of their businesses or get them ready for exit and are seeking support to achieve their ambitions.
We are now seeking a top quality operator to spearhead further growth for GJC through your connections and ability to motivate and support senior local consultants.
Working closely with our CEO, Chairman and other Regional Directors, you’ll have an exceptional track record in senior leadership and have a strong strategic view on enabling organisations to come out of Covid stronger.
In particular we’ll need you to be:
• Enthusiastic about mentoring and motivating your team of consultants
• Willing to recruit new associates to strengthen GJC’s offer in your region
• Driven to use your contacts to generate new business and connections
• A figurehead for GJC Advisory in the Midlands and have the gravitas to position the brand with other professional firms.
Right now you’ll be an experienced operator who is perhaps looking to assume more responsibility or thinking about a more hybrid career.
This is a flexible position and could be undertaken alongside one of our Associate roles.
