- Built a temporary order fulfilment warehouse operation for Holland and Barrett in 48 hours working with a 3PL on their site, to reduce thew pressure on the increase in digital orders due to the Covid-19 pandemic, mapping end to end processes through stream mapping, to define, measure and optimise the end-to-end supply chain, fulfilling c2,000 customer orders a day versus a target of 825.
- Delivered the implementation of the batch printing of work versus the single job print for Canon and Cambridge Assessment. Increasing asset utilisation from 19% to 63%. Reducing waste from 6.2% to 3.8% and increasing average daily output from 162,000 printed sheets to 300,000.
- Working as a Continuous Improvement advisor to learners completing an apprenticeship in Business Improvement Techniques. Secured £27.65M by managing, executing, accessing, and leading portfolio of operational lean projects across multi-customer sites nationally and internally including people, processes, and technology, with emphasis on quality, delivery, cost reduction, and return on investment. Using either, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Agile project management techniques.
- Oversaw re-commissioning of bottle production line at Molson Coors from trials to completion of customer orders as part of business innovation strategy, including resource planning for both employees and third-party employment agency, while adhering to amendments of production plan to maintain balance, reducing the number of changeovers and time taken to changeover using SMED principles. Increased output by 33% and reducing cost by 16%.
- Successfully delivered the Goods In department relocation project for RPC Containers. Improving stock holding and accuracy and introducing the allocation of materials to production. Stock holding was reduced by c£20,000 per month, with an increase in production RFT by 75%.
